Welcome to Caucus 2026!

We will Be updating this page with more information as we approach Caucus.

First of all, what is caucus? Well, it is a way to get involved with local politics and have a direct impact on what happens in your communities. The main functions are: to elect local delegates and precinct chairs, volunteering, bring forth resolution for the party platform, and participate in the gubernatorial straw poll.

Now lets talk about what these mean:

Local Delegates and Alternates- If you would like to be involved in the goings on with your local Republicans, this is a good place to start. This will give you the ability to participate in conventions, endorse candidates and elect leadership.

Precinct Chairs - Be a leader in your neighborhood. By becoming a precinct chair, you could be the go to for local candidates as they look to set up events and find volunteers in your area.

Volunteering - Do you want to be a poll watcher or election judge? Would you like a yard sign or help on the campaign trail? Caucus is where you can put your name out there to help out.

Resolution - Do you want to add something to the Republican party platform, bring it to caucus. If your fellow Republicans agree with it, it will be brought to the local and state conventions for consideration. If you would like to read the party platform click the link below.
