Registration opens at 8:30 am and closes 30 minutes after the convention is called to order. The Senate District 34 Organizing Convention shall be composed of the delegates and alternates elected at the 2022 precinct caucuses designated as lying within the boundaries of Senate District 34.
The Convention shall be held for the purposes of:
Amending the constitution and bylaws for the Senate District 34
Electing officers for the Senate District 34 executive committee
Electing delegates and alternates to the state central conventions
Anyone seeking to run for an officer position (and/or vice chair) must complete the “Officer Candidate Submission” below and appear before the Nominating Committee before the start of the convention. Anyone wishing to run for state central convention delegate/alternate can sign up on the day of the convention.
Cost will be $30 to be paid upon arrival either via cash or check. No credit card payments are accepted at the door.
